Responsible for target achievement of front line hiring
Should have the ability to deliver under pressure
Good experience in BPO hirings, Bulk/Mass hiring.
Should be managing a team of 8 10 recruiters
Handling the entire recruitment process. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment across all levels.
Providing training to recruiters if required.
Preparing job descriptions based on the requirements analysis with Business Heads.
Sourcing candidates through various sources for cost effective hiring,
Screening/shortlisting CVs, conduction F2F, Telephonic ,online interviews, fundamental analysis and short listing of the candidates
Facilitate the interview process with the respective line managers,
Salary fitment, negotiation and offer roll-outs.
Generate MIS and on-demand reports as per requirement from senior management..
Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 7,50,000 P.A.
