You shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly admission target
You Shall be responsible for delivering impactful sales presentation in nearby areas of respective location
You shall make productive house calls .
You Shall be responsible for admission process & documentation, batch formation, giving career seminar at education institutes, schools, colleges etc
Facilitate data management, team management and managing/ preparing MIS
Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling.
You shall make productive BA tie ups
You will be required to conduct STP activities regularly for your centres.
Graduate / MBA with 8 to 10 years of Hard Core Sales Experience.
Excellent communication and selling skills.
Sales Experience of not less than 8 Yrs in Education/ Insurance/Holiday Travel
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power point.
Team Player, Motivator & a good Leader.
Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer.
Education Background would be preferred.
Preference would be given to Candidates from Education / Time Share/Kinder Garden/Retail Banking/Financial Selling/Insurance counselors / Real Estate
